Instructional Coaches

PK-6 -Tiffany Bahrenfuss
7-12 - Rebecca Miller

• Discuss and reflect teacher videotaped recordings
• Co-teach and co-plan with teachers
• Conduct coaching cycles with teachers
• Assist administration with professional development
• Gather data to make informed instructional decisions
• Provide teacher support
• Provide mentoring to new teachers

Building Leaders

PK-6 - Lisa Hedberg, Jill Mews, Katie Triplett, and Bailey Wiltgen
7-12 - Jessica DeMars, Kris Faust, DJ Hansen, and Kim Poeckes 

• Facilitate and lead collaborative small groups
• Participate in Building Leadership Meetings
• Provide teacher support

Mentor Teachers

Lisa Hedberg, Reagan Klinker, and Nancy Stoll 

• Attend mentor training with mentee/beginning teacher
• Collaborate with mentee
• Provide teacher support
