The Fitness Center will be open to all athletes from 5:00-6:30 PM every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from August 3-20.
7-12 Football Camp is this week (Aug 3-7) from 6:45 to 8:45 am at the Paullina practice field. Bring cleats and gloves. No registration necessary.
Transportation to Primghar and Sutherland is provided after each practice.

REMINDER! 26-27 Athlete Registration is now open!
All families are required to register their 7-12 children for athletics in the Bound app, upload their physicals, and sign the concussion waiver before they are allowed to participate in athletics for the 26-27 school year. Fall sports are just around the corner and begin on August 10. Be sure to schedule your physicals and register your athletes before then!
