6th grade visited the Prairie Heritage Center and participated in a variety of hands-on learning stations, including soil health, surveying, spear throwing, drones, and more! A big thank you to everyone who worked hard to organize and set up this educational experience for our students!

We will begin our Late Work Intervention Program today in the Paullina building. Our goal is to help everyone get caught up, stay organized, and get the assistance they need to be successful.

6th graders started their year in social studies with a hands-on activity called “History In a Bag”. First they each brought in items that gave insight to their own lives and what is special to them. Then began the critical thinking! 🔎
Just like historians, they observed “artifacts” in new bags to figure out the mystery person each bag represented. It was a great way to start our studies in Ancient Civilizations!

Kinda chic to pick up your messes.
