Speed & Agility Camp

South O'Brien CSD

South O'Brien will be offering a Free Speed & Agility Camp again this Summer for all 7th-12th grade (26-27 school year) athletes. There is no registration fee for this camp.

  • The first day of camp will be June 1st, and the last day will be July 23rd.

  • Camp will be every M, Tu, W, & Th from 6:45-8:00am at the track, in the Aux Gym, and the Fitness Center.

  • A shuttle to Swanson Sports Complex will be provided for JH baseball & softball.
