Live Feed Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest district and school news, including important and urgent announcements, all in real-time.
Upcoming Events: Easily view and keep track of upcoming school and district events.
Push Notifications: Receive timely alerts for critical updates and urgent communications directly to your device.
Additionally, we’re excited to introduce the "Rooms" feature in our app, which enhances communication further by enabling:
Two-Way Messaging: Communicate directly with teachers, staff, and coaches.
Classroom Announcements: Get reminders about coursework, materials, and important updates.
Automatic Translation: Easily understand messages in your preferred language.
With these improvements, you won’t need to juggle multiple apps to stay informed about your child’s education. Everything you need will be conveniently available in one place: our South O’Brien School District app. You can download it for free from the Play Store or App Store.
You will soon receive an invitation to access Rooms via email or text. Follow the link provided to create your login, and then you can start using Rooms by selecting it from the bottom right corner of the app screen. If you have more than one child in our district, you’ll be able to view all their information in Rooms.
